YOUR ROLE: Driving Provider Engagement and Growth
As our first Clinical Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Daymark Health’s reach within the Rhode Island healthcare community by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and specialists. This sales-driven role is all about expanding our provider networks and increasing patient referrals through strategic outreach and engagement efforts. You will become a trusted partner for providers, ensuring they understand our value proposition and are motivated to refer patients to Daymark Health’s services. Additionally, You will serve as a key resource for clinical operations. Your mission is to ensure that providers are well-informed about Daymark Health, how we support patients, and how to refer those in need of our services.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
After three months you will have:
- Developed a Robust Network: Cultivated strong relationships with local healthcare providers, specialists, and clinical partners, becoming their go-to resource for patient referrals.
- Increased Referrals: Educated providers on the benefits of partnering with Daymark Health, resulting in a steady increase in patient referrals.
- Collaborated for Alignment: Worked closely with clinical and operational teams to align on patient care and streamline the enrollment process.
- Represented Daymark in the Field: Actively represented Daymark Health at local medical events, seminars, and industry meetings, establishing our presence and expanding our reach.
- Identified Growth Opportunities: Analyzed market trends to identify and seize opportunities for expanding Daymark Health’s provider network.
- Maintained a Strong Referral Pipeline: Monitored and optimized the referral pipeline, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for providers and patients alike.
- Provided Insightful Feedback: Actively communicated insights from the field to improve our clinical offerings and enhance patient outcomes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Qualifications: it’s critical that you hold an active LPN license in Rhode Island.
- Sales Experience & Provider Engagement: You have at least 2+ years of experience in a sales or provider outreach role, ideally within the healthcare sector. You understand how providers operate and know how to communicate effectively to drive engagement and referrals.
- Strong Relationship-Builder: You have a knack for building trust and rapport with diverse populations, including healthcare providers, clinical staff, patients, and their families.
- Persuasive Communicator: You are a confident speaker and writer, skilled in crafting compelling messages that resonate with providers and inspire action.
- Self-Starter with a Sales Mindset: You are proactive, driven, and thrive in a role where you can take the lead. You know how to prioritize opportunities and close the deal.
- Adaptable and Resilient: You excel in dynamic environments where things can change quickly. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding solutions.
- Organized and Results-Oriented: You stay organized, set clear goals, and keep your team informed of your progress, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Slack, Zoom, the Google Suite, and EHR systems, you leverage technology to optimize your efforts and enhance communication.
- New England-Based: Ideally, you reside in Rhode Island and are eager to travel regularly to engage with our provider partners and drive business growth.
