About the role:
As the Manager of GTM Talent Acquisition, you will lead the charge in shaping and driving a global recruitment strategy across all of GTM – as we scale rapidly to 700+ employees over the next 18 months. You’ll partner with our Director, Talent Acquisition in spearheading strategic projects that set us apart from other employers, with a focus on building and scaling the GTM function.
This role requires a hands-on leader who will mentor and develop a team of GTM recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators, ensuring they become outstanding partners to the business and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Thoughtfully and effectively lead, mentor, and develop a team of GTM recruiters and coordinators, ensuring alignment with company hiring goals and timelines.
- Execute a global talent acquisition strategy focused on Go-To-Market functions, including Revenue, Marketing, and Field Engineering, ensuring a consistent and scalable approach across new and existing regions.
- Prioritize consistently high quality collaboration and partnership with GTM leadership, hiring managers, PBPs (HRBPs) and POPs (People Operations) as well as other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition plans.
- You must have deep expertise in sales recruiting to guide your team in sourcing, engaging, and securing high-caliber talent for sales roles, and shift our recruiting model from high inbound to high outbound.
- Utilize recruiting metrics, data insights, and market trends to drive continuous improvements in recruiting processes, ensure efficient hiring timelines, and measure success.
- Champion and own a remarkable and inclusive candidate experience from application to offer, every candidate is important and unique, and deserves a best-in-class experience.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance our talent acquisition processes, tools, and systems to ensure scalability as we grow and exceptional accuracy in all that we do.
- Ensuring team members have the tools and resources they need to succeed and maintaining open lines of communication that foster a culture of transparency and trust
You are a good fit if you:
- Significant experience in enterprise sales recruiting, and leading and developing a team in this space. This is a must-have.
- Multiple years of experience leading teams of multiple sizes and levels, and are especially dedicated to developing high potential, hard working talent on your team.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to build partnerships with senior leaders and hiring managers, and with folks with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and optimization.
- Experience hiring globally, in new markets and established.
- An ability to move swiftly, make high quality decisions and learn from opportunities.
- A comfort working highly async for a distributed-first company.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary, US based compensation range: $162,000 - $220,000
