About the role:
We are looking to hire a Senior Deal Desk Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce to help support the Deal Desk operations at dbt Labs. This role will provide direct support to the Manager of Deal Desk and they will be responsible Deal Desk operations for US West. This is a great opportunity for career growth and supporting a business that is experiencing hyper growth.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Review quotes for approval in Salesforce to ensure they meet the criteria outlined in our approval matrix including CPQ configuration, additional terms, payment terms
- Create Marketplace private offers within region
- Provide CPQ guidance and support to Sales Directors as needed
- Identify areas for process improvement and streamlining
- Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product
You are a good fit if you have:
- Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team
You'll have an edge if you have:
- 3+ years experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Process automation and improvement experience
- Quote review experience
- Marketplace experience (AWS, Azure, Snowflake)
- Sales support experience
- Proficient knowledge and comprehension of quote to cash processes
- Excellent attention to detail
