We're seeking a Senior Campaign Specialist to elevate our Demand Generation team at dbt Labs. This pivotal role will spearhead the development, execution, and optimization of strategic global campaigns that resonate across diverse markets.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Orchestrate Global Campaigns: Lead and manage end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless integration of campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Optimize Campaign Performance: Utilize analytics to refine campaign strategies, increasing engagement while reducing acquisition costs.
  • Develop Impactful Content: Collaborate with Marketing Communications to create compelling content and tools that empower our Sales teams and resonate with our global audience.

You are a good fit if you are:

  • Results-Oriented: You have 5+ years of experience executing successful marketing campaigns, leveraging project management skills and a can-do attitude to turn strategy into tangible outcomes.

  • Technically Proficient: Experienced with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and BI tools (e.g., Looker).

You’ll have an edge if you have:

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with dbt personas, developer communities, Analytics Engineering, and open-source ecosystems.
  • Startup Experience: You've thrived in a fast-paced startup environment and understand the dynamics of rapid organizational growth.
  • A Data-Driven Mindset: You bring a strong analytical approach to every aspect of your work, informed by substantial hands-on experience with data and metrics.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience, including salary, equity, and where applicable, performance-based pay. Our Talent Acquisition Team can answer questions around dbt Lab’s total rewards during your interview process.

    • In select locations (including Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC, and Seattle), an alternate range may apply, as specified below.
      • The typical starting salary range for this role is:
        • $87,000 -- $105,300 USD
      • The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed is:
        • $97,000 -- $117,000 USD
