About the role:

We are looking for an Account Manager to focus on an at-scale strategy to support, retain, and grow our Commercial customer base. This person must be based in Dublin, Ireland, and is expected to go into the office 3 days per week.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Be a key contributor to account retention and existing account growth
  • Partner with multiple internal functions
  • Help set the standard for a newly created function via continued iteration

You are a good fit if you:

  • Manage your time efficiently, are well organized, task-oriented, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Are not adverse to change as this is the first headcount for this role here at dbt Labs
  • Work well with others and are continuously open to feedback and striving to improve

You'll have an edge if:

  • You constantly think ahead of how this role could evolve and are vocal with your feedback
  • You are proactive will both internal and external communication
  • You are always looking at ways to make the most of your day to day
