Think of this position as Mission Control at the heart of a buzzing, high-energy agency. As Agency Brand Coordinator, you'll have a front-row seat to the inner workings of DDB Health—connecting departments, coordinating operations, and helping orchestrate seamless experiences for clients and colleagues alike. What You’ll Do:

You’ll work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to make sure everything—from client meetings to onboarding new hires—runs like a well-oiled machine. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Managing expenses for the Chief Creative Officer, Chief Growth & Innovation Officer, and Managing Partner
  • Calendar coordination for CCO & CGIO—keeping schedules running smoothly and proactively managing changes
  • Booking rooms and coordinating logistics for both internal and external meetings
  • Ordering catering for in-house and client-facing events
  • Leading new hire onboarding: coordinating training, calendars, welcome swag, and ID badge setup
  • Organizing and submitting monthly corporate credit card receipts (BOA reconciliation)
  • Collecting and processing physician paperwork for KOL (Key Opinion Leader) payment for incoming medical hires

Who You Are:

You’re a people person with a planner’s mindset. A natural multitasker who can switch gears quickly. Someone who sees the small stuff and the big picture. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
  • A champion of organization with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience in managing complex calendars and coordinating travel
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving instincts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines under pressure

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

  • $45,000 - $55,000
