As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management and delivery of projects for a key international client, ensuring seamless execution and strong stakeholder relationships. You will oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes and support strategic initiatives in partnership with the Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects for a single international client, from initial briefing through to final execution.
• Oversee project coordination, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Prepare and manage detailed budgets, cost estimates, and financial tracking for all assigned projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring clear, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
• Collaborate closely with creative, medical, digital teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns and materials.
• Prepare and present client proposals, contact reports, status updates, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, regulatory requirements (where applicable), and agency quality standards.
• Support the Account Management team in strategic planning, client relationship development, and long-term account growth.
• Proactively identify potential risks or challenges in project delivery and implement effective solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing feedback and support for their professional development.

Skills and experience: 

• Degree-level education in marketing, advertising, communications, science, or healthcare.
• Proven experience in project management within a creative or healthcare communications agency, leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong client-facing experience, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term partnerships with international clients.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams (e.g., developers, data, or digital production) is a strong plus.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; confident in presenting ideas and leading discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering under pressure.
• High level of initiative, ownership, and strategic thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in all relevant project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Teams, Asana, or similar).
