⭐ We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Field Marketing to lead our global field marketing initiatives. You’ll oversee strategy, execution, and event planning across the US and EMEA, managing a talented team while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness. The role requires a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, empowering you to make a measurable impact on DataDome’s success.

🎯 You will be in charge of the following:

  • Leading Global Field Marketing Strategy: Own the strategy for all field marketing activities, ensuring alignment with broader company goals. You’ll work with Sales to define regional marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive pipeline growth.
  • Planning and Executing High-Impact Events: Strategize, plan, and execute a mix of brand-building, lead-generation, and partner-driven events in the US and EMEA. This includes conferences, webinars, roundtables, and executive events, tailored to both regions' unique needs and opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and develop a small, high-performing team. While the EMEA manager will handle local execution, you’ll own the strategy for both US and EMEA activities. Lead by example in ensuring seamless collaboration and clear communication across teams.
  • Territory Strategy & Sales Coordination: Work closely with Sales teams to identify opportunities and create targeted marketing strategies for specific territories. Build a calendar of events and engagements that directly contribute to pipeline growth in these key areas.
  • Goal Setting & Measurement: Set and manage goals for all field marketing activities, ensuring key metrics such as leads generated, meetings booked, and opportunities won are consistently met. Track and report on event performance, optimizing for better results over time.
  • End-to-End Event Ownership: Take full ownership of events from initial strategy development through execution. You’ll drive key decisions around messaging, goals, swag, and more to ensure that each event is a success.

👤 What we are looking for:

  • Field Marketing Expertise: Proven experience (8+ years) in field marketing, preferably in the B2B tech space. Experience managing events across multiple regions (US & EMEA) is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinker & Execution Expert: A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution experience. You can think big while keeping an eye on the details, ensuring flawless event execution.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and experience tracking KPIs. You have a track record of using data to measure the success of field marketing activities and optimize future campaigns.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a team. You are an effective communicator and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • B2B SaaS Experience: Experience in B2B SaaS or a related tech industry. You understand the unique dynamics of marketing to enterprise customers and how to engage with sales teams.
  • Event & Project Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple events simultaneously. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Customer-Focused: A customer-first mindset with a deep understanding of the importance of relationship-building through events and engagements.
