ABOUT THIS ROLE: 

*Must be willing to work the following hours*

Monday - Wednesday 12pm-9pm
Saturday- Sunday 9am-5pm

As a VBDC sales agent, you are the first contact of web customers who have shown an interest in a new or used vehicle. Your goal is to understand their needs and convince them to come to the dealership.  

The key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving and exceeding the VBDC’s objectives with respect to customer service standards, sales objectives, call duration and other objectives.
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times: on the phone and in emails.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

ABOUT YOU:  

  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to produce engaging, thoughtful and relevant content for press releases and bylines.
  • Bilingualism (English and French).
  • Sense of initiative, adaptability, meticulousness, and good judgment.
  • 3 years of sales experience and ability to identify a sales opportunity.
  • Flexible availability (possibility to work evenings and weekends).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align teams to work towards common goals.

Preferred: 

  • Automotive industry expertise preferred.
