WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Marketing Operations Associate, you will align and optimize the marketing department, processes and systems to enhance revenue generation and overall business efficiency. You will streamline operations, improve collaboration, and help drive revenue through data-driven decision-making and process improvement. You will play a critical role in supporting campaign execution, ensuring our operations run smoothly and effectively across channels – helping to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.

As a Marketing Operations Associate, you will work on:

  • Marketing Technology Oversight: Administer and optimize marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Highspot, Salesforce, Asana), ensuring tool integration and performance.
  • Lead Management & Routing: Manage lead flow, routing rules, and alignment with Sales to ensure timely follow-up and lead quality.
  • Lead Scoring & Attribution: Monitor and improve lead scoring models and attribution processes to reflect engagement and funnel
  • Data Hygiene & Integrity: Maintain clean, enriched, and well-structured marketing data to support effective targeting and segmentation.
  • Performance Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to track marketing performance, campaign ROI, and month-end
  • Support Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to launch and track multi-channel campaigns, including building and launching emails, landing pages, forms, and blog posts using HubSpot, ensuring consistent execution and branding.
  • Webinar Management: Own webinar setup, coordination, and performance tracking from end to
  • Process Optimization: Develop and maintain SOPs, identify workflow bottlenecks, and recommend automation or tools to improve
  • Cross-Team Enablement: Support the marketing team with list management, insights, and operational guidance to maximize campaign
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations in a B2B SaaS
  • Deep experience with HubSpot, and strong knowledge of Salesforce, and reporting tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; detail-oriented and
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative
