Growth Partner (Trader Acquisition)

Remote, Global (APAC)

About Decibel

Decibel is a high-performance, fully on-chain trading platform built in collaboration with Aptos Labs and the Decibel Foundation. Designed to match the speed of high performance trading, Decibel offers spot, perpetuals, and yield products through a unified, self-custodial interface. The platform runs on the Aptos blockchain, leveraging its sub-20ms block times and parallel execution to support real-time settlement, cross-margining, and modular vault strategies. Decibel aims to serve as the execution layer for the Aptos global trading engine, empowering traders, developers, and institutions with scalable, composable financial infrastructure.

About the role

Decibel is hiring Growth Partners to lead trader acquisition in key regional markets. This is a senior, network-driven sales role for someone who already has the relationships and the reputation to bring active, high-volume traders onto the platform, and wants to be paid accordingly.  You'll own your market end to end: building a pipeline, onboarding traders through your referral channel, and growing a book whose revenue you share in directly. It suits people from high-performance sales backgrounds, brokerage introducing brokers, affiliate and partnerships, crypto community leadership, or direct sales, who are motivated by outcomes rather than a fixed paycheck. Compensation is a regionally competitive base plus uncapped commission on the trading revenue you generate, so your earnings scale with your results.

What you'll do

  • Own trader acquisition for your region, from pipeline to onboarded, active accounts.
  • Leverage your existing network of traders, VIPs, and trading communities to drive qualified sign-ups through your tracked referral channel.
  • Build long-term relationships that keep your book trading and retained, not just acquired.
  • Where it makes sense, recruit and develop sub-partners and earn on the revenue they bring in.
  • Represent Decibel credibly within your regional trading community and act as a feedback channel back to the product and BD teams.

What you'll bring

  • A proven track record in sales, business development, affiliate/partnerships, or trading community leadership, with results you can speak to.
  • An active, verifiable network of traders in your region, or a clear, credible plan to build one quickly.
  • Native-level fluency in your market's language and genuine standing in its trading scene.
  • Comfort with a performance-based model and the self-direction to run your own market without close oversight.
  • Integrity around volume. We pay on genuine activity and screen rigorously for anything else.

Nice to have: existing relationships with trading KOLs or VIP desks; familiarity with perpetualsand DEX trading; a named pipeline you can begin working from day one.

Compensation

  • Regionally benchmarked base salary .
  •  Uncapped commission on the net trading fees Decibel collects from traders you onboard.
  • single-level override on revenue generated by sub-partners you recruit.
  • Monthly performance bonus at defined volume milestones.
  • 90-day ramp during which full targets are phased in, so you can build before you're held to quota.
  • Commission is paid monthly on net fees actually collected and is variable by nature; figures are illustrative, not guaranteed.

Our Benefits

  • Insurance premium coverage
  • Flexible vacation time
  • Competitive Salary
  • Protocol Token Grants

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
