We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions. You will play a vital role in driving organizational development, ensuring compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a productive and inclusive work environment.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Job Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Contribute to discussions on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build and maintain strong employee relations to promote a positive work environment.

Manage grievance procedures, resolve conflicts, and support managers in employee-related matters.

Develop and lead employee engagement initiatives and feedback programs.
Performance & Compensation Management
- Design, implement, and oversee performance appraisal systems.

Support departments with goal setting, performance tracking, and improvement plans.

Develop compensation structures and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal policies.

Review, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Oversee HR audits and ensure regulatory documentation is in place.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and create development plans for employees across departments.

Partner with department heads to promote upskilling and career development.
HR Operations & Systems
- Manage employee data and HR records accurately and securely.

Lead implementation and improvement of HR systems and processes.

Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and life-cycle events.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR leadership or managerial role.

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.

Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.

Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams and cross-functional initiatives.

High emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in construction, engineering, or consulting environments.

Familiarity with HRIS and digital HR tools.

Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Any professional credentials, such as HR Certification Institute or relevant.
