What We Are Looking For: 

We are currently seeking an experienced Director, Product Management to join our growing Product team. This is a unique opportunity to build a critically important aspect of the business and contribute to growing the capabilities of DeepIntent’s products.This position will oversee and assist in planning, prioritizing business and customer requirements, and influencing the product vision. This person will work closely with many internal teams such as Analytics, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Strategy and L&D to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

The Director of Product Management’s job also includes developing a strong team of product managers to meet business needs.  

We are looking for someone who can learn, prototype, build, measure, and refine the next generation of our buy-side advertising tools in a lean/agile development environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a strong team of product managers
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to collect product requirements, define scope, and lead execution from strategic objective definition to delivery
  • In collaboration with senior leadership, build a strategic product roadmap addressing near-term needs and building for long-term vision
  • Work directly with other product managers and stakeholders to define and deliver our attribution,buy-side product strategy, and roadmap
  • Coordinate communication and delivery timeline across all stakeholders: clients, leadership, internal team, developers, and UX
  • Partner with the UX team to collect qualitative and quantitative product data and metrics to guide roadmap and feature development
  • Update project plans, trackers, and engineering requirements to reflect inbound requests from business and analytics stakeholders 
  • Continually drive clarity with engineers for ongoing projects from kickoff to release to ensure efficient timeline
  • Coordinate beta and pilot programs for key products with strategic customers
  • Understand and prioritize feature requests and modifications against strategic goals and initiatives
  • Train sales and strategy teams for product demos to potential customers

Who You Are: 

  • 8+ years of experience in a product development role at an advertising technology company
  • Experience managing a people team under a product or engineering department
  • Must have a working understanding of databases, data management, clean rooms, and modern data architecture
  • Prior experience with DSPs or Measurement Platforms, Advanced Analytics software required (either product development experience or experience as a user)
  • A passion for solving problems through product and tenacity to follow through to ensure effective execution
  • Strong knowledge of measurement and marketing analytics principles
  • Background in software development, data science, or analytics a plus 
  • Background in health and pharmaceutical analytics a plus
  • Confident in presenting to small and large groups comprised of end users and decision makers
  • Proficient with JIRA, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly collaborative with good conflict resolution skills
  • Comfortable working with local and offshore teams
  • Able to communicate advanced technical concepts to non-technical audiences, navigate ambiguity, and manage competing priorities
  • A passion for digital marketing and an understanding of the programmatic ecosystem as it pertains to advertisers and agencies

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $175,000 -$210,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus  plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
