What You’ll Do:

DeepIntent is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team. The Client Success team is responsible for providing excellent client service and managing all post sales activities from set up through post campaign performance reviews, while driving incremental revenue and renewals for all media buys. Each Client Success Manager oversees a book of business and builds relationships with each client to understand their business goals and help them achieve success using DeepIntent’s solutions. The Client Success Manager should have a strong knowledge of the programmatic landscape and is a key contributor in the overall growth of the company.  

  • Manage all day-to-day operations associated with key strategic accounts; serve as the primary point person for all post sale client requests and communication with clients (including optimizations, reporting, recommendations, etc.)  
  • Develop, grow and maintain solid customer relationships with clients through exceptional client service 
  • Monitor pacing and delivery while working with the Campaign Manager to find ways to optimize based on client’s success metrics
  • Work with the Analytics team to provide ongoing insights on campaign performance and post-campaign wrap-up analysis, as well as conduct client business reviews
  • Work closely with Sales and Strategy to identify ways to grow accounts and bring forth strategic recommendations 
  • Help develop best practices within the Operations organization through internal collaboration
  • Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing
  • Work with Sales Executives and Campaign Managers to ensure the accuracy of all IO related data

Who You Are: 

  • 3+ years of working experience in a Client Success role within the adtech, digital and/or programmatic industry
  • You have a great passion for digital and an understanding of the digital advertising landscape; experience in healthcare is a plus!
  • Have a desire to work in a rapidly growing and ever-changing startup environment 
  • You are detail oriented and organized with flexibility to work on diverse projects and accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  •  Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem, key industry partners and technical market standards (ad serving, SSP, DSP, IAS, DV, etc.)
  • Proven track record of success owning customer relationships, client meetings, QBR's, product training, data analysis, and strategic business reviews
  • Must be NYC/Tri State NY based*

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a quarterly bonus plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
