• Drive Agile & Lean Execution: Enable teams to adapt Agile and Lean principles to deliver value effectively, ensuring continuous improvement in ways that best suit their operating model.
• Coach & Guide Teams: Lead cross-functional teams towards self-management and outcome-driven execution, helping them mature in Agile methodologies beyond Scrum.
• Optimize Delivery Operations: Facilitate end-to-end workflows, remove impediments, and ensure teams stay aligned with organisational objectives.
• Facilitate Key Processes: Run essential cadences (standups, retrospectives, planning, refinement) while ensuring they serve team and business needs, not just as a ceremonial practice.
• Enable Strategic Planning & Governance: Guide teams in defining prioritization frameworks, risk management, and performance tracking to ensure predictability and quality.
• Reporting & Insights: Own the tracking, visualization, and reporting of success metrics for product and engineering initiatives, ensuring leaders have actionable insights.
• Stakeholder & Change Management: Work with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align roadmaps, communicate progress, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Process Automation & Tooling: Leverage tools like JIRA, Confluence, Superset, AI-driven automation to enhance execution efficiency.
• Leverage AI & Automation: Proactively use AI-driven tools (such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Superset) and automation platforms to optimize reporting, execution tracking, and operational workflows.

• 1–3 years of experience in Agile Program Management, PMO, or Scrum Mastery roles, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, and other execution methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with a pragmatic approach to implementation.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, reporting tools, and process automation.
• Data-driven mindset—the ability to measure impact and make insights-driven recommendations.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization—navigating cross-functional teams, aligning priorities, and influencing without authority.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and implement scalable solutions.
• Experience in capitalization tracking, governance, or compliance (a plus).
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile training (a plus).
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for project management activities — examples or proof of work highly valued.
