What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help identify top talent to meet our immediate staffing needs.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source candidates using a variety of methods including LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking events
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews
• Manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Greenhouse ATS
• Assist in crafting and posting job descriptions
• Report on recruiting metrics and pipeline status
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within adtech 
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non technical positions 
• Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ATS platform, Greenhouse
