What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a highly collaborative and organized Director, Project Management to play a critical role alongside the Chief Operating Officer in orchestrating DeepIntent’s scaling revenue operations initiatives. This role will consolidate cross‐functional programs, drive stakeholder alignment, surface and resolve blockers, and own executive‐level reporting on progress against key milestones. You will work closely with the Department Leads across, Sales, Client Success, Analytics, Platform Operations, and Marketing to ensure that by the end of each quarter, we meet our targets for revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Program Coordination & Roadmap Management

  • Build and maintain a living project plan  in Asana for all scaling revenue operations workstreams.
  • Track and report progress on each initiative 
  • Maintain a clear ownership matrix so that every task has an assigned owner, due date and status

Cross‐Functional Stakeholder Alignment

  • Serve as the liaison between the COO’s direct reports (Sales, Client Success, Analytics, Platform Operations, Marketing) and the COO for all scaling rev ops items.
  • Facilitate, and follow up on weekly “Sync for Scaling RevOps” meetings—capturing action items, escalating blockers, and ensuring decisions are documented.
  • Proactively surface interdepartmental conflicts and drive timely resolution.

Executive Reporting & Communication

  • Build and distribute a concise executive dashboard each week/month.
  • Co‐author a quarterly “State of Revenue Infrastructure” deck for the CEO, summarizing wins, lessons learned, and next‐quarter priorities.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Design and publish a communication plan for major tool rollouts (Asana RFP workflows, Looker dashboards by functional area, Zendesk or equivalent platform for self‐service support).
  • Partner with People Ops on role‐clarity workshops to ensure every VP/SVP’s team understands new R&R shifts.
  • Coordinate manager‐led “tool bootcamps” and on‐demand training resources to minimize adoption hurdles.

Resource Planning & Hiring Coordination

  • Identify and assess capacity gaps across workstreams.
  • Collaborate with People Ops on job profiles, candidate screening, and onboarding new hires into the scaling rev ops cadence, ensuring timely ramp‐up.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, operations, or a related field (MBA or Master’s in Information Systems is a plus).
  • Project management certification (PMP, PMI‐ACP, Lean Six Sigma) is preferred but not required.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in project management, revenue operations, business transformation, or a similar cross‐functional role.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi‐departmental initiatives in a fast‐paced environment (e.g., scaling a B2B SaaS or AdTech business).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet) to build and maintain living project plans.
  • Strong familiarity with BI and reporting platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to interpret data and drive data‐informed recommendations.
  • Experience designing or supporting tool rollouts (e.g., CRM migrations, Zendesk/Helpdesk integrations, forecasting tools).
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with senior leaders (SVP/VP level), translate complex data into executive dashboards, and present to C‐suite.

 

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $150,000- $165,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications.
