What You’ll Do:
The Sr. Director, Agency Partnerships at DeepIntent is a strategic sales leader focusing on securing and growing Agency Partnerships with a large, Independent Healthcare Agency Partner. This role involves driving sales across DeepIntent’s end-to-end platform for both self-service and managed services. The individual in this position will need to deeply understand the platform’s capabilities, pitch effectively to potential clients, and close deals. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with various internal teams, including Client Partnerships, sales support, account planning, account management, and product teams, to ensure the success and growth of our agency partnerships.
- Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with mid-senior and senior level agency partners at holding companies, independent agencies and healthcare marketers
- Ability to independently design, negotiate, and execute a Joint Business Partnership (JBP)
- Independent judgment and high degree of initiative in resolving issues and in making recommendations for solutions
- Experience in managing large agencies
- Negotiate commercials on MSAs and Agency Partnerships
- Able to grow and maintain high revenue generating book of business
- Upsell existing business to leverage revenue growth
- Deep technical aptitude to sell DeepIntent’s product suite
- Proven track record for exceeding revenue targets
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with existing clients to demonstrate the value of their investments within our platform
- Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Additional Expectations:
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs
- Assess competitors and market trends, for emerging sales opportunities
- Represent DI at industry events (panels, conferences etc) both as an attendee AND have the ability to do speaking engagements
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of ad tech sales experience, including quota driven sales, full product suite sales, hunting/farming client accounts, sales strategy, planning, inside sales
- Consultative approach to sales with deep technical aptitude
- Experience working with programmatic platform technologies including DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Serving.
- You have great passion for programmatic advertising and a strong understanding of the industry landscape.
- Detail oriented and well organized, comfortable working independently, and have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies
- Experience working with healthcare/pharma marketers and their agencies a plus
- This is a hybrid role, in office presence expected at least 2X per week
DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $170,000 -$200,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a quarterly commissions plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
