What You’ll Do:
DeepIntent is seeking an Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to design and orchestrate integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline impact. This role spans demand generation, email marketing, paid media, social media, PR, co-marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM), ensuring our brand strategy comes to life through cohesive, multi-channel execution.
In addition to campaign leadership, this role will own marketing operations and analytics, building the frameworks, processes, and insights that scale our programs and measure their effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with Marketing Leadership, content, brand, sales, and revenue teams to align on priorities, while also partnering with external agencies to extend reach and impact.
The Sr. Manager will focus on strategy, planning, and cross-functional alignment, while guiding a Marketing Associate who provides day-to-day executional support. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity and process—balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on campaign oversight, and leveraging data to continually optimize performance.
Integrated Campaigns & Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that connect content, brand, demand generation, and ABM objectives.
- Ensure messaging and execution are consistent across all channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (content, brand, sales, and revenue teams) to align on priorities and business goals.
Demand Generation, ABM & Co-Marketing
- Lead the development of multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
- Partner with sales and revenue teams to design and execute targeted ABM programs for priority accounts.
- Manage co-marketing initiatives with partners, ensuring alignment on goals, content, and measurable outcomes.
Email Marketing
- Own strategy, planning, and performance analysis for email campaigns.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies for execution, testing, and optimization.
- Guide the Coordinator in campaign setup, QA, and reporting tasks.
Social Media
- Define channel strategy, campaign direction, and engagement goals in partnership with marketing leadership.
- Oversee the Coordinator’s management of the social media calendar, publishing, and community engagement.
- Review performance insights and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Industry Awards & Recognition
- Lead the identification of relevant industry awards and recognition opportunities that align with brand and business objectives.
- Manage the submission process end-to-end, including timelines, content gathering, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the Associate to track submission deadlines, organize materials, and maintain an awards calendar.
Paid Media
- Partner with media agency on campaign briefs, optimizations, and performance reviews.
- Ensure paid campaigns align with brand, demand, and content amplification strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative assets, messaging, and landing pages.
Content Amplification & Partnerships
- Build scalable processes (“the amplification engine”) to extend the reach of content across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize content performance.
- Oversee Associate in executing amplification tactics and maintaining promotional calendars.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Partner with Revenue and Marketing Ops to refine lead frameworks, scoring models, and routing processes.
- Define and report on core marketing metrics, ensuring clear visibility into campaign effectiveness.
- Guide the Associate in pulling performance data, maintaining CRM/marketing automation hygiene, and preparing dashboards and reports.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with cross-channel campaign experience.
- Experience designing, executing, and analyzing campaigns within HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent marketing automation platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience managing agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to extract insights and optimize campaigns.
- A broad marketing skillset with particular strength in campaign planning and orchestration.
- Collaborative working style with content, brand, and sales teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for amplifying brand stories and building scalable processes.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings.
DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $115,000 -$135,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings
