
Legal Administrator

What You’ll Do:
The Legal Administrator will be responsible for managing the contract review process, supporting our legal team in day-to-day operations, and assisting with contract reviews and other requests from the Director of Legal. We are looking for a proactive legal professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for technology. This role will be based in Pune, India.
Contract Processing:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the commercial team regarding contracting processes and status updates
- Process requests for contract reviews, oversee the signature routing process, and assist in tracking our contract expiration and renewal dates.
- Maintain and update the Legal team’s internal contracts tracker, following up with stakeholders to ensure steady progress towards contract completion.
- Utilize Ironclad (our contract management software) and serve as Legal’s point of contact for troubleshooting process questions and issues.
- Generate reporting on the company’s contracts as requested by the Director of Legal or business teams.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts from time to time, which may include Sales insertion orders, vendor agreements, and etc.
Legal Team Administration:
- Assist with trainings to educate team members on the Legal contracting process and best practices.
- Perform electronic filing of documents as needed.
- Manage Legal team email accounts and serve as Legal’s point of contact for questions from business teams regarding our contract review process.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of paralegal or contractor administrator experience, preferably in a fast-paced, startup or ad tech environment.
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work EST (USA) hours while based in our India office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in contract management systems, with experience using Ironclad being a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
