What You’ll Do:

DeepIntent is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Learning Programs & Delivery to join our Learning & Development team. This role will play a critical part in enabling both our clients and internal commercial teams through high-impact, instructor-led training programs.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving bespoke in-person and virtual training experiences that drive product adoption, client satisfaction, and revenue performance. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure training content aligns with business goals, product strategy, and market needs.

This role requires a confident, polished facilitator who is equally comfortable leading client-facing workshops as they are enabling internal sales and client success teams.

  • Develop and deliver bespoke in-person client training sessions on the DeepIntent platform, healthcare advertising, and industry best practices.
  • Convert existing online certification and e-learning programs into engaging, instructor-led, in-person training experiences.
  • Design and conduct in-person and virtual onboarding and enablement programs for new hires across Sales, Client Success, and other teams.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Client Success leadership to develop training that supports revenue goals, sales effectiveness, and client retention.
  • Lead live product demonstrations, workshops, and role-based training sessions for internal and external audiences.
  • Assess training needs by gathering feedback from stakeholders, analyzing performance gaps, and aligning programs to evolving business priorities.
  • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators, and continuously iterate on content and delivery methods.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the DeepIntent platform and healthcare ad tech landscape, staying current on product updates and industry trends.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, personalize learning experiences, and improve training efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and manage microlearning campaigns to support, reinforce, and extend the impact of live training programs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and strategically aligned.
  • Establish and document best practices for instructor-led training and sales enablement across the organization.
  • Travel as needed to deliver on-site client trainings, industry events, and internal team sessions.

Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of experience in training, learning & development, sales enablement, client education, or a related role, preferably within ad tech, digital media, SaaS, or healthcare advertising.
  • Proven experience delivering live and virtual, instructor-led training to both client-facing and internal audiences.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and post-sales client journey, with the ability to tailor training to different roles and personas.
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with confidence leading sessions for senior-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical or product concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple training programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop professional training materials and documentation.
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with LMS platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client and internal training sessions.
  • Instructional design experience, including the ability to structure learning journeys aligned to adult learning principles.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise (or similar).
  • Experience designing and deploying microlearning programs using tools such as Qstream or equivalent platforms.
  • Familiarity with learning analytics and reinforcement strategies to improve knowledge retention and behavior change.

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $140,000 -$155,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus/commissions plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
