What You’ll Do

DeepIntent is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Director, Audience & Data Partnerships responsible for advancing and expanding our audience and data ecosystem. This role ensures our clients have access to the highest-performing audiences and data solutions, while driving sustainable revenue growth for DeepIntent and our partners.

The Director is responsible for the strategy, expansion, and performance of audience and data partnerships across health and non-health data sources. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and GTM teams, this individual plays a critical role in scaling the DeepIntent Audience Marketplace and operationalizing our broader data platform strategy.

Core Objectives

  • Ensure DeepIntent clients have access to the audiences and data required to power top-performing campaigns
  • Expand and enhance partner capabilities available across the DeepIntent platform
  • Drive growth, utilization, and monetization of audiences company-wide

Audience Revenue & Growth Leadership

  • Drive revenue and growth across DeepIntents portfolio of platform offerings, including first and third party audiences.
  • Operationalize audience strategy through joint business planning, including growth targets and enablement roadmaps
  • Lead strategic expansion of the Audience Marketplace
  • Develop and execute growth strategies in partnership with SVP of Data/Platform partnerships,  Product, Engineering, GTM and sales teams

Partnership & Commercial Leadership

  • Serve as the commercial and business relationship lead for operationalized audience and prepared data partners, including Real World Health Data and non-health datasets (Consumer, TV, and beyond)
  • Source, evaluate, and prioritize new data partners based on client demand, strategic value, and technical fit
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contracting aligned to product roadmap priorities
  • Manage inbound partner opportunities from internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales and Client Services to troubleshoot and resolve deal-level issues

Partner Management, Operations & Performance

  • Lead monthly and quarterly partner reviews focused on performance, optimization, and growth opportunities
  • Report on performance delivering data-driven recommendations in collaboration with Business Intelligence and Platform Operations
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and prioritization across all audience and data partnerships
  • Provide regular business development updates and strategic alignment with the SVP, Data /Platform Partnerships
  • Work closely across Business Development teams to maximize partner relationships and optimize platform offerings

GTM Enablement & Internal Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Marketing on joint marketing initiatives, PR announcements, and partner training
  • Serve as subject matter expert on audience and data partnerships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Legal, Finance, and Sales to ensure alignment with roadmap and go-to-market priorities

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in ad tech, healthcare data, audience partnerships, or data monetization
  • Proven track record of driving partner-enabled revenue, margin expansion, and sustainable growth
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating and managing complex data partnerships
  • Deep understanding of audience strategy, healthcare data ecosystems, and both health and non-health data sources
  • Highly collaborative and analytical, with the ability to operate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Passionate about building scalable, high-performing audience solutions that deliver measurable client value
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with a reputation for building trusted relationships internally and externally

 

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package, inclusive of a base salary range of USD $160,000 - $180,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
