  • Build relationships with a wide-range of teams across GDM and Google, without whom we cannot deliver effective security. This includes comms, workplace, events, people & culture, legal, infosec, and many more.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across GDM and Google, providing expert guidance on complex security and risk management issues. Your ability to influence and align stakeholders with competing objectives will be critical to your success.
  • Manage high-priority security incidents affecting GDM people, operations, and information, in close partnership with Security & Privacy and Google.
  • Partner with teams across GDM and Google to proactively manage system vulnerabilities, establish effective new security controls, and reduce associated risks.
  • Build and manage relationships with public sector and industry partners to share information and support GDM in mitigating risks.
  • Seek opportunities to share your expertise with colleagues and support the development of junior team-members.
  • Travel regularly throughout the Americas (and sometimes EMEA) to collaborate with partner teams and build an understanding of GDM footprint and security requirements.
