We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Brand & Web Designer with a hybrid skill set across web, social, digital, event, and presentation design, who excels at translating marketing goals into polished, on-brand visual deliverables.

This senior-level role combines hands-on execution with campaign planning support. You will draft creative briefs and propose visual directions for campaigns and initiatives, review them with the Creative Director for final strategic decisions, and then own the creation of approved assets. You will be expected to uphold brand standards across your work, as well as contribute ideas to refine and evolve the brand expression where necessary. Success in this role means producing accurate, production-ready work that meets business goals, is easy to collaborate on, and requires minimal rework.

This is a remote opportunity with broad ownership and impact across social, advertising, sales, event, and website functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute for design initiatives across our website, social channels, events, reports, and sales collateral, translating project requirements into elegant design solutions.
  • Deliver work on a timely and consistent basis, using the best-fit tool for each project based on output and collaboration requirements.
  • Uphold a cohesive visual language across brand, marketing, and website efforts, owning the execution of compelling designs and contributing to the ongoing refinement of the brand in partnership with the Creative Director.
  • Create unique, sub-branded visual styles for specific campaigns, while still maintaining alignment to overall brand tone and visual voice.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to establish project and campaign visual direction, contributing to a design-led culture that prioritizes clear communication, user experience, and visual impact.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, effective design solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Use campaign performance data and feedback to refine and improve future design executions.
  • Stay ahead of design, technology, and digital marketing trends to proactively evolve our creative strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Independently manage complex design projects from brief through final delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality.

The listed responsibilities are not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the evolving needs of the organization. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is able to adapt and take on new responsibilities as they arise.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Portfolio Requirements:

Must demonstrate experience designing robust brand campaigns, with clear examples of:

  • Strong execution across multiple formats (website, social, events, decks, ads)
  • Experience designing pages and blocks for consumer-facing marketing websites, as well as other brand touchpoints
  • Evolving brand guidelines based on campaign purpose, market fit and performance data
  • Ability to draft and implement creative direction
  • Creation of stylistically-related sub-branding for campaigns and events
  • Clean production files and attention to detail

Core Design Capabilities:

  • Expert proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
  • Strong layout, typography, and production skills
  • Experience preparing both digital and print-ready files
  • Ability to visually-simplify complex or technical content visually
  • A sophisticated understanding of brand systems, responsive web design, and visual storytelling

Work Style & Communication:

  • Experience working fully remote with distributed teams across time zones
  • Reliable, timely communication and documentation
  • Proactive in drafting briefs and proposing direction
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
  • Excellent visual and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus):

  • Previous experience designing for technical products with highly-specific audiences
  • Previous experience organizing dense technical information into clear, visually-appealing, and easily-understandable hierarchies

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
