What You'll Be Doing:

 

  • Lead the full data conversion workstream on Oracle Cloud implementations, owning scope, quality, and delivery from kickoff through cutover and stabilization
  • Build, maintain, and execute against the data portions of the project plan and cutover schedule, including task sequencing, dependencies, test cycles, and go/no-go readiness criteria.
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions, mapping workshops, daily test cycle calls, cutover planning meetings; manage escalations and risks proactively.
  • Partner closely with global system integrators and client stakeholders to align on data scope, transformation rules, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data conversion developers, setting expectations, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Bring your go-lives with you. We want someone who has been through cutover weekend and knows what it takes.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remaining up-to-date on industry news

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle data migration and ERP implementations, with at least 3 years in a team lead or manager capacity.
  • Multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations with direct ownership of the data conversion workstream through go-live
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud data migrations across the full conversion lifecycle — extraction, transformation, mapping, loading, and reconciliation.
  • Proficient in loading data to Oracle Cloud using standard tools such as FBDI, ADFDI, and HDL.
  • Strong SQL proficiency including complex queries for data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
  • Develop and maintain conversion mapping documents, data templates, and transformation logic aligned to client and project requirements.
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions, planning tasks and estimated delivery dates (project planning), and escalation management.
  • Designing and developing custom solutions using multiple programming tools including SQL, Excel, VBA, and PowerShell.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
