About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing & Events Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and webinars that drive pipeline and revenue. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, loves to execute, and is eager to grow into a strategic marketer.
As a key member of our demand generation team, you’ll partner closely with campaign growth strategists, our event manager, and marketing operations to manage multiple programs simultaneously — ensuring campaigns run smoothly, events are executed flawlessly, and reporting is accurate.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Execution: Support the build, QA, and launch of multiple campaigns across integrated channels (digital, events, email, paid media).
- Events & Webinars: Coordinate invites, confirmations, and follow-up campaigns; track attendee engagement and support execution for both in-person and virtual events. Travel to in-person events as needed.
- Data & Reporting: Pull performance metrics (registrations, attendance, open/click rates, conversions, leads) and contribute to optimization plans.
- Operations: Maintain campaign and event calendars, track deliverables, and ensure campaign assets (creative, links, lists) are ready and organized.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless lead flow and timely follow-up.
What You'll Need:
- 1–2 years of marketing, communications, or related experience (internship experience or entry-level roles welcome).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) a plus.
- Comfortable working with data in Excel/Sheets and pulling basic reports.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for QA/detail.
- A team player with a growth mindset — eager to learn demand generation best practices.
- Experience with Agile Marketing a plus.
Why Join Us:
- Be part of a high-growth marketing team driving measurable impact.
- Gain hands-on experience with campaign execution, events, and lifecycle marketing.
- Work closely with experienced strategists and have a clear path for career advancement into campaign management or marketing operations.
- Travel required up to 30%
