Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain commercial dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams
  • Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and deliver actionable insights using claims, CRM, and other commercial datasets
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions, including HCP targeting, patient analytics, and performance tracking
  • Build and optimize data queries (SQL) and datasets to support reporting, analytics, and ongoing business needs
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions
  • Support KPI development and tracking across commercial functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Assist in the execution of omnichannel analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through QA/QC checks and adherence to data governance standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support data integration and reporting delivery
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of analytics capabilities, including automation, efficiency, and new data sources

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related field required, master’s degree (MS, MBA, or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries
  • Hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets (e.g., claims, CRM, patient-level, or HCP-level data)
  • Proven experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong experience writing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Experience supporting commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, or Market Access preferred
  • Exposure to omnichannel analytics, KPI tracking, or performance measurement frameworks is a plus
  • Experience working with data vendors (e.g., IQVIA, Komodo, Symphony, Veeva) or similar data sources preferred
  • Ability to connect business questions to analytical approaches, and deliver insights that directly inform commercial decisions
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, quality control (QA/QC), and consistency across outputs
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to travel up to ~10% as needed

The starting base pay range for this position is $110,553.00 - $128,700.00. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location.
