About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Partnerships Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our product partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships with key product vendors, third-party developers, and content providers. Your efforts will drive the growth of our platform, enhance our product offerings, and help us scale our impact.
This role requires a blend of strong relationship-building skills, storytelling, a deep understanding of the learning technology landscape and managing complex, cross-functional projects. By managing the end-to-end process with partners, from ideation to integration launch and performance monitoring, you'll be instrumental in driving measurable results and achieving our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new product partnership opportunities aligned with the company’s vision and growth goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to pinpoint opportunities.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners to ensure mutual success.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless integration of partner products and services into the platform.
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Design and implement joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and product launch plans to expand market reach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to execute partnerships successfully.
- Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and performance metrics, monitor results, and evaluate the impact of partnerships on customer engagement, product adoption, and revenue.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations on partnership terms, contracts, and agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal compliance.
