Join our innovative team as an HW Validation Automation Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining automated test scripts for hardware validation using cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise in Python scripting and test automation will drive consistent and reliable validation processes, fostering product excellence. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to design solutions that enhance our validation processes, ensuring our continued leadership in technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation test scripts for hardware validation using Python.
• Analyze test data and results, identify anomalies, and provide effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the automation framework and test scripts to ensure consistent validation results.
• Document user guidelines, procedures, and equipment configurations for automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design automation solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the automation process.
• Travel up to 30% as needed to various locations for validation processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Graduates from Tier 2 (C9) universities or equivalent overseas institutions (e.g., QS100 rankings).
• 0 to 1 year of experience in software or Android development.
• Proficient programming skills in Python with a focus on scripting and test automation.
• Experience using source control tools like Git or SVN.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Graduates from Tier 1 universities, such as Tsinghua or Peking University, or equivalent overseas institutions.
• Prior experience in validation and testing of electronic hardware.
• Knowledge and experience working with Android/iOS devices and embedded systems.
• Experience in ARM-based software development, MCU firmware, and Linux shell scripting.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Matplotlib and pandas.
• Understanding of electronics and instrumentation, including oscilloscopes, power supplies, and electronic loads.
