Transformation Project Manager (Global)
As a Transformation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Rider Compliance initiatives . Our mission is to maintain a best-in-class and compliant fleet that enhances the company's reputation among regulators, riders and consumers. Our tools to achieve this are cross-functional programmes that enable us to launch new product solutions across markets, develop new policies, and implement operational excellence improvements that strengthen our governance.
This position will report to the Head of Operations Transformation, requires a proactive approach and a strong background in program management, with a focus on stakeholder management, program documentation, and data extraction/analysis. Experience in highly regulated industries where compliance is crucial is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Go-To-Market: Deliver product roll-outs across markets, covering all aspects of compliance program management, supporting the Head of Operations Transformation in defining scope, documenting plans, defining program structure, roles and responsibilities, and understanding risks and issues.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in Global teams and across local markets to ensure successful program delivery.
- Effective communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor program progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to drive operational efficiencies across compliance .
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of program/project management disciplines.
- Proven experience in successfully delivering change programs in Operations, Care, or Product functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication/influencing skills within a global matrix organization.
- Attention to detail and a collaborative approach, with the ability to listen and challenge when necessary.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using Google Sheets and Looker/Snowflake.
