Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and customer loyalty
- Work with Research and insight teams to develop market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscapes
- Manage the creation and delivery of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels - Take campaign briefs, use customer, creative, and seasonal insights to develop a customer-first creative campaign.
- Work with creative teams to guide the brand's visual and verbal messaging
- Oversee social media strategy and content to engage with the target audience and build a community
- lead all global and seasonal brand campaigns - The new candidate will be responsible for leading the development of production briefs, and facilitating pre- and post production with the selected agencies to get our large-scale AV campaigns over the line.
- Liaise with the studio design team and creative agencies for creative ideation, design, production, and more.
- Manage budgets for creative production and influencer marketing
- Lead influencer marketing initiatives
- Work closely with Global counterparts to manage global campaigns including strategy, conceptualising, creative briefing, planning, production, post-production and reporting.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and to manage brand reputation
- Stay current with marketing trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of developments in brand marketing
