Overview: This role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen DA’s internal impact measurement efforts while supporting partners in achieving data-driven, measurable results. As part of the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that DA and its partners track, analyze, and improve their impact effectively.

Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced impact measurement professional to join our growing consulting team in LAC or North America. Our support with clients in the region focuses on delivering measurable impact for beneficiaries and refining implementation along the way, incorporating learnings from the local context.
As a Senior Delivery Leader – M&E, you will work with leaders to support on-the-ground delivery of project priorities, ensuring DA and its partners effectively measure, analyze, and improve impact.
Key Responsibilities.
- Lead DA’s internal impact measurement efforts, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Manage the Impact Dashboard and an Impact Analyst, maintaining data accuracy and insight quality.
- Develop and implement Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) strategies to strengthen DA’s and clients’ impact measurement frameworks.
- Analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights for DA teams and partners.
- Facilitate training and workshops to enhance capacity in impact measurement and evaluation.
- Support client engagements in M&E, working with governments, philanthropies, and NGOs.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration on impact initiatives.
- Lead DA’s ESG and sustainability reporting, tracking greenhouse gas emissions and publishing DA’s annual impact report.
- Mentor and coach team members, strengthening DA’s expertise in impact measurement and evaluation.

Required Skills/Experiences:
- Educational background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Professional experience: Minimum of 4 years in strategy, measurement, evaluation, and/or data analysis.
- Technical proficiency: Experience using quantitative and qualitative data analysis for decision-making.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Project management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Authorization + location requirements: Right to work in LAC
