People Advisor (Brazil)
The People Advisor is a critical support role within the People Operations team, responsible for ensuring smooth and effective delivery of HR services and processes across the employee lifecycle. As the first point of contact for employee HR queries in the region, this role provides guidance on policies, onboarding, performance, and rewards. Working closely with the Senior People Advisor and regional teams, the People Advisor helps maintain compliance, facilitates employee relations, and contributes to the continuous improvement of HR processes. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as First Point of Contact: Address employee HR queries within the region promptly, providing guidance on policy and procedural matters, escalating complex issues as needed. (Communication: Listens to others, Adheres to central team processes)
- Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth transition for new joiners, coordinating the onboarding process and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. For offboarding, manage exit procedures, including equipment retrieval, payroll coordination for final payments, and conducting exit interviews. (Results Orientation: Owns deliverables, Prioritizes impact)
- Data and Compliance Management: Maintain accurate records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality. Support the compliance team by updating employee handbooks and templates according to the latest employment laws and regulations. (Building DA: Tracks best practices, Guides operational requirements)
- Performance and Reward Coordination: Assist in administering performance review cycles, gathering relevant data, and providing support for compensation reviews and other reward initiatives. (Results Orientation: Builds expertise, Strives for greater impact)
- Project and Process Improvement Support: Collaborate on People Ops projects, actively contributing ideas to refine processes and improve efficiency. (Problem Solving: Swiftly executes, Makes sound recommendations in complex settings)

Required Skills/Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Initial HR experience, preferably in a dynamic or fast-paced environment.
- Basic familiarity with HRIS and strong capability in administrative tasks.
