Growth Analyst (Brazil)

The Global Growth team at Delivery Associates (DA) is a fast-evolving function focused on expanding our influence, deepening our thought leadership, and empowering business growth. The team works across the organization to ensure business insights are actionable, and leadership has the business intelligence to drive growth and impact.
As our Intelligence Specialist, Growth, you’ll be the go-to partner for transforming business data into actionable stories that drive DA’s growth agenda. Working at the intersection of business strategy and analytics, you’ll support the Chief Growth Officer and Growth Lead to deliver clear, insight-rich materials for senior leadership. You’ll help shape and evolve how DA uses internal business intelligence—then, over time, bring external trends and market intelligence into our decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Strategic Insights: Analyze business, pipeline, and project data to spot trends and opportunities that inform DA’s growth strategy and business development.
- Develop Reports and Dashboards: Create clear, visually engaging reports and dashboards that turn data into actionable insights for leadership and account teams.
- Support Business Development: Provide market and account-level intelligence, prepare for business development routines and planning sessions, and track progress on growth initiatives.
- Strengthen Growth Systems: Work with Finance, Centers of Excellence for Data, and other teams to enhance our data systems, reporting processes, and growth tools.
- Contribute to Strategic Planning: Support the preparation of materials and insights for growth team meetings and senior leadership routines.
- Drive Special Projects: Provide analytical and coordination support on key initiatives linked to market insights, account strategy, or business growth.

Required Skills/Experience:
- Education: MBA or equivalent business-focused Master’s preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field required.
- Experience: min 3-5 years relevant experience in business strategy, management consulting, finance, or business development—preferably in high-growth and/or multinational environments.
- Data & Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with business intelligence/data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar) required.
- Communication: Native or professional-level English. Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present complex information for non-technical, senior stakeholders—both in writing and verbally.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy, growth, and market dynamics. Able to connect data insights to commercial impact.
- Project Management: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, adapt, and proactively contribute ideas for team and organizational improvement.
Role level
This role is positioned at team member level within the team structure. It is intended for someone building experience and contributing alongside others, rather than operating at a specialist level, with clear opportunities for growth over time.
