About the Role:

Demandbase is looking for Accounts Payable Analyst to join our growing Accounting team, this position will report to the Accounts payable Manager. You'll have the unique opportunity to learn processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams. The AP Specialist will be part of procure to pay process as well as expense report auditing for the Company. This position will also play a pivotal role in processing invoice inflow and expense audit management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Resolve assigned tickets coming into the AP inbox promptly (3 days SLA)
• Processing assigned invoices into P2P system in an accurate and timely manner  
• Manage cross-functional AP process through constant communication with business partners as well as vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancy
• Assisting in Vendor onboarding process along with bank details verification
• Audit employee expenses to ensure they are following the Company’s policy
• Review and approve Amazon Prime Business orders in a timely manner
• Various ad hoc projects as needed by the company requirement

What we’re looking for:

• 1 to 3 years of Accounts Payable process experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• ZIP, Expensify and Netsuite experience a plus 
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel is required

Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (IST)
