About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role is focused on driving customer retention and product adoption through innovative marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful communications, foster customer engagement, and enhance customer experience. This candidate ideally has deep expertise in account-based marketing methods and practices and is able to use MarTech to deliver extraordinary campaigns and measure business outcomes.
The hourly rate range for this contract role is: $58/hr - $68/hr (DOE)
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer campaigns across physical and digital channels to assist with retention and product adoption.
- Create, optimize, and analyze end-to-end customer campaigns, including virtual live events, webinars, emails, newsletters, in-app notifications, direct mail, product feature support, and more.
- Create content strategies and thought leadership materials for persona-based customer engagement.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to derive actionable insights, make data-driven decisions, and optimize efforts toward pipeline goals.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, continually innovating our approach to engaging, and retaining customer accounts.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless Sales/CS and Marketing alignment.
- Manage and optimize the allocated Customer Marketing budget to maximize ROI.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of progressive customer marketing experience with specific focus in retention and product adoption.
- Ideal candidate has account-based marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- History of creating and delivering multi-channel customer campaigns that produce measurable results.
- Great partnership skills, with experience collaborating with high-energy, direct sales & CS teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, WordPress, Asana, DemandbaseOne, Sendoso, On24, ChurnZero, Stensul, and other MarTech tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable campaign strategies.
- Proficiency in setting and tracking campaign-specific KPIs and attributing revenue to campaign efforts.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS industry trends and the ability to apply this knowledge to campaign strategies.
