About the Team

Your new team is responsible for all things brand, communications, content, and creative, powering the Demandbase brand experience and driving inbound, engagement, and pipeline by consistently producing high quality, value-based creative content. The team also serves as an in-house agency that collaborates, creates, and delivers compelling campaigns, programs, and customer experiences. Through earned and owned media channels, the team strengthens Demandbase's position as the only account-based GTM platform designed to radically align sales and marketing teams.  
 
About the Role 

We are looking for a project management professional with experience managing content, creative, and/or media operations who will own the entire production lifecycle from ideation to delivery. In this role, you’ll operate as a chief of staff, responsible for strategic planning, execution, governance,  quality control, and organizational efficiency. You’ll develop processes and systems that improve workflow efficiency, streamline collaboration and optimize resources across projects to guide a team of program owners and creatives to work together more effectively in pursuit of producing best-in-class content marketing assets. 
The base compensation range, not including company bonus, is: $130,000 - $170,000

What you’ll be doing:

Responsibilities

  • Create project timelines based on contractual agreements and internal deadlines, managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end
  • Ensure all projects, assets, and deliverables meet brand and editorial guidelines 
  • Use project management skills, proven workflows, and processes to create a project plan to get deliverables out within the agreed-upon timeline and budget
  • Review daily workload with team members, program owners, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment delivery 
  • Assign tasks to team members and manage all tasks to ensure work is delivered on time
  • Meet regularly with marketing team leads and cross-functional departments (Sales, CX, etc) to scope incoming projects and build project roadmap
  • Manage all aspects of project management tools and integrations
  • Create and provide reports to leadership regarding workflows and workloads, capacity utilization of team members, contractors and agency support
  • Evaluate existing processes and workflows, make recommendations, and test new initiatives 
  • Manage internal relationships between content and creative and program owners, ensuring satisfaction and alignment across proposed and in-flight marketing campaigns 
  • Own operational and workstream-based OKRs and manage the OKR software tool for the team
  • Assist leadership with budget management and quarterly/annual planning

Requirements

  • At least six years’ experience in Project Management (PMP certification is a bonus) in a creative production environment
  • Experience with content strategy planning, creative production processes, workflow management, and exceptional abilities to provide time and resource estimates for projects large and small
  • 1-2 years leading a team
  • Exceptional people- and time-management, communication, organization, prioritization, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project management tools (work management,, OKRs, content ops, digital asset management, etc)
  • Outstanding presentation skills – both verbally and written
  • Ability to respond and satisfy changing needs throughout the creative development process
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
