Dentrix Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Dentrix Trainer to join us. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Dentrix and be able to provide personalized training on system features, including how to create shortcuts, streamline workflows, and ensure all team members are comfortable and confident using the software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site, hands-on Dentrix training for admin and clinical staff.
• Teach staff how to create customized shortcuts and optimize their workflow within the system.
• Assist with troubleshooting and answer any questions related to Dentrix functionality.
• Offer ongoing support and guidance to help team members fully integrate Dentrix into their daily routines.
• Ensure that all team members feel comfortable and proficient using Dentrix after training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Dentrix software, preferably in a clinical or training setting.
• Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Patience and the ability to support clinicians with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Previous experience in a dental office or with a dental team is a plus.
