Regional Manager - Simcoe County
You are a dynamic, highly motivated individual ready to roll up your sleeves and roll with it. We’re looking for you to take on the Regional Manager position to oversee the daily operations of multiple Dental clinics within the Simcoe County Area.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
-
Act as the operational lead, ensuring clinic performance meets high standards and aligns with the organization’s mission and values.

Regularly visit clinics, monitor staff morale, and provide leadership guidance to achieve operational excellence.

Collaborate with Practice Managers to optimize clinic performance, efficiency, and patient care.
Team Development
-
Lead and mentor clinic managers and staff, promoting a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and assist in recruitment efforts to build a strong, engaged team.
Strategic Planning & Growth

Contribute to the development and execution of initiatives to improve patient retention, clinic growth, and operational efficiency.

Identify and implement improvements to enhance the patient experience and clinic performance.
Financial Oversight
-
Monitor and manage clinic budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability while maintaining patient care standards.

Track and update Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring financial goals are met.
Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure clinics comply with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards.

Proactively manage risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place to address potential challenges.
Qualifications
-
3–5 years of dental management experience (multi-clinic or multi-location preferred).

Proven track record of leading and developing teams in a healthcare or dental setting.

Strong understanding of dental practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, treatment planning, and insurance/billing.

Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and driving profitability.

Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with dental software and office management systems (preferred).

Ability to travel regularly between clinic locations within Simcoe County.
