Dental Treatment Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Lead and present complex and specialty treatment plans including Invisalign, Implants, Endodontics, IV Sedation, Crowns, and Bridges 

• Scan and manage orthodontic and Invisalign cases (up to 10 cases on Invisalign days) 

• Communicate treatment plans with clarity, warmth, and confidence 

• Work chairside in the operatory alongside doctors during consultations 

• Support patients through insurance and financial discussions with empathy 

• Manage cases accurately across multiple dental systems 

• Travel between clinic locations as needed 

• Occasionally work evenings or after-hours to support patient care
