Practice Manager - Smile City Dental

Downtown Toronto | Full-Time | $33–$38/hour

Smile City Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead a busy, multi-provider practice and a diverse team.

We’re looking for a hospitality-minded leader who can build strong teams, create an exceptional patient experience, and drive practice performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven dental management experience
• Experience leading a large team and multiple providers
• Strong knowledge of dental KPIs, scheduling, and treatment acceptance
• Confident, hands-on leadership style
• Patient-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish fluency strongly preferred

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the team
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and patient flow
• Drive practice performance and patient retention
• Partner with dentists to optimize the practice
• Build a positive, accountable team culture
