Product Marketing Manager Position Summary

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our dental software products and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing growth. The Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Understanding dental software and revenue cycle processes will be instrumental in the success of this role.

What You'll Be Doing as a Product Marketing Manager

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new dental products, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing growth.
  • Conduct dental industry market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target market and buyer personas within the different components of the dental industry.
  • Create compelling product messaging and content that clearly articulates the value proposition of our products.
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, product, and client success teams.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including product adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring to the Team as a Product Marketing Manager

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in dental industry and B2B software or technology.
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification a plus.
  • Previous experience with SaaS products.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications and Adobe Suite.
  • Experience working with agile development teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional and positive with a proactive work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

 

Pay range $80,000 - $95,000 annually, DOE
