Internship - Dates:
Job Summary: The Guest Relations Intern is responsible for supporting 450+ part-time Guest Relations event staff and assisting with the administrative support and day-to-day operations of the Guest Relations department. This role will assist with the setup, execution, and reconciliation of both public and private events held at Empower Field at Mile High, including all Denver Broncos home games. Additionally, this role will assist with hiring, onboarding, and training part-time event staff. Finally, this role will track and analyze various data related to the department and make recommendations based on analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the planning and execution of public events:
Assist with the planning and execution of private events
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training part-time staff
Track and analyze department data and make recommendations based on analysis
Assist with the maintenance and preparation of various technological devices used for events
Contributes to the team effort by performing other duties as assigned.
