Manager Ticket Operations

JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Ticket Operations Manager is to assist in the management of all public ticketed events at Empower Field at Mile High, including Denver Broncos home games, international soccer matches, concerts, festivals, and more. This role focuses heavily on Denver Broncos ticket operations—overseeing gameday management, season ticket renewals, and ongoing communications with Season Ticket Members. The position also manages and schedules event day staff, while providing training and support to the Customer Service Team on mobile ticketing, online account issues, and general problem-solving.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall assistance and oversight for Empower Field at Mile High ticket operations by leading ticket operations and event management:

• Oversee ticketing for all stadium events including Broncos games, concerts, and AUX events.
• Build and manage events using Ticketmaster platforms (Host, Archtics, TMOne, etc.).
• Configure entry and scanning systems via Ticketmaster and AXESS platforms.
• Act as the ticketing liaison for CAD/SPEC, capacity planning, and fire marshal approvals.
• Support internal security operations and coordinate with external law enforcement.
• Collaborate with departments on ticketing needs for stadium and Training Facility events.
• Reconcile funds and work with Finance to resolve discrepancies for AUX events.
• Support management of Season Ticket Member (STM) revenue.
• Lead or assist with public events such as concerts, soccer matches, and specialty shows.
• Maintain and monitor ticket inventory, including production holds and broadcast-related adjustments.
• Generate invoices and assist in digital ticketing processes (transfers, mobile access, etc.).
• Oversee the platform used by STMs and single-game buyers to manage tickets digitally.

Customer Experience & Communication:

• Deliver outstanding customer service across all communication
channels.
• Manage and respond to inquiries from the general Denver Broncos
email account.
• Partner with BI and Marketing groups to communicate effectively with
STMs.
• Validate or invalidate tickets as necessary for customer satisfaction.
• Support STM benefits delivery and oversee the annual transfer process.

Leadership & Department Coordination

• Manage and provide leadership to 1–3 full-time staff and over 30 parttime
and event-day employees.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance oversight for
all part-time staff.
• Supervise STM communication and outreach efforts.
• Manage software training and integration across Ticket Operations,
Premium Sales/Service, and Strategy & Analytics.
• Act as primary liaison with Sponsorship, Marketing, Stadium
Management, and other internal teams.
• Promote interdepartmental collaboration and clear communication
regarding ticketing operations.

Perform special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7 years of ticket operations experience.
• Proficient in the use of computerized ticketing software (Archtics, TM Host, TMOne, mobile
applications, Passbook/Google Pay, Team and all Ticketmaster sites, WiFi connectivity, etc.)
• Extensive understanding of the latest in ticket technology, including online account management and
design, mobile tickets/parking, gate scanner prep, and periodic updates related to all TM systems.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and project management experience
• Ability to work all home Broncos games and stadium events while providing a flexible schedule to
allow for night/weekend support.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY

• Ability to engage with all departments affiliated with the stadium ticket process; Sponsorship, Stadium
Operations, Finance, etc.
• Complete understanding of stadium policies/procedures as it relates to public event inquiries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Detail oriented with strong prioritization and organization skills.
• Self-motivated and solutions oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to learn, be creative and have a desire to succeed.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary for this role is $58,000 - $74,000. This position may require you to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays outside of a normal working hour as needed.
