Job Summary: The Executive Office Intern will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Assistant who supports the CEO, President, and General Counsel. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive-level operations within a fast-paced, high-profile professional sports organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and professional, with a strong interest in administrative operations and a willingness to support a wide variety of tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate and support meetings, conferences, and guest experiences on both game and non-game days.
  • Manage complex calendars and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, spreadsheets, and professional documents.
  • Assist with making travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Create and submit accurate and timely expense reports.
  • Prepare meeting spaces: set up conference rooms, manage supplies, and welcome guests.
  • Maintain executive office supplies, including stocking beverages and snacks.
  • Organize and maintain the office supply closet.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools proficiently.

Game Day Operations

  • Assist with home game preparation, including credential coordination, ticket and parking distribution, guest lists, suite setup, and gift packaging.
  • Support away game logistics such as guest lists, credential management, and coordination efforts.
  • Willing and available to work select or all home games as needed.

Special Events (e.g., Super Bowl, League Events)

  • Research and secure restaurant reservations for team-related events and outings.
  • Help compile and distribute detailed travel itineraries and event agendas.
  • Support credential distribution, pass coordination, and hotel room block management.

Legal Department Support

  • Provide administrative assistance with workers’ compensation claim processing.
  • Assist in organizing, indexing, and filing legal documents.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities

  • Run general office errands, both on-site and off-site, as needed.
  • Deliver items to the owners’ suite on game days.
  • Assist with physical setup and breakdown for meetings or events, including the ability to lift boxes and support other hands-on tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Current college student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • Previous internship or administrative experience preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and confidentiality are essential.
  • Flexible schedule with availability on weekends, holidays, and game days.
  • Must be a self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $18.81/hour.
