Director, Premium Sales & Service

Job Summary:

The Director, Premium Sales & Service is responsible for strategy and execution of new business development, renewal and extension campaigns, and year-round engagement for suite and premium products for the Denver Broncos Football Club and Empower Field at Mile High. Additionally, responsibilities include strategic development of staffing initiatives, training and development, and world-class customer service for our premium season ticket members, suite holders and fans.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee development and execution of premium strategy and initiatives for suites and related premium products
  • Design and execute complex new business strategies and prospecting sales campaigns
  • Collaborate in leading a world-class year-long premium service engagement strategy to maximize client touchpoints, loyalty, renewals, and extensions
  • Coordinate with key internal stakeholders to develop premium hospitality specific communication and marketing plan
  • Annually review and align product mix to reflect market adjustments and industry best practices
  • Maintain accurate information within internal systems to ensure accurate reporting, information, data, ROI, etc.
  • Proactively assess, identifying, and implementing sales and service enablement platforms to boost staff efficiency and production
  • Plan the premium gameday engagement and operational strategy for Broncos games and other events
  • Budgetary responsibilities including but related to projections, forecasting, invoicing, payment reconciliation, etc. for related premium and luxury products
  • Effectively manage and develop the premium sales and service staff
  • Establish measurable goals, benchmarks, and metrics to define success for the premium sales and service team
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop a recruiting and retention plan to create a diverse and inclusive premium sales and service team
  • Effectively elevate direct report skillsets through ongoing and consistent training and career development strategies
  • Create and execute ongoing feedback cadence including but not limited to individualized one-on-ones, pipeline meetings, group skill development opportunities, and performance appraisals throughout the year.
  • Contribute to department and organizational initiatives
  • All other duties set forth by leadership

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of sports ticketing experience
  • 3+ years experience in ticketing sales or service management
  • Ability to work Denver Broncos games, stadium events, nights and weekends, plus other initiatives, and events as designated

Preferred Skills and Ability: 

  • Proficient utilizing computerized ticketing software, Microsoft Office, and customer relationships management systems. 
  • Extensive experience identifying, training and executing complex sales and service strategies
  • Understanding of the latest in ticket, sales enablement, fan engagement, and customer service technologies
  • Successful track record excelling in diverse, collaborative environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Self-motivated and solutions oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Willing to learn, be creative and have the desire to succeed 

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary for this role is $110,000 - $180,000. This position may require you to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays outside of a normal working hour as needed.
