
Marketing/Partnership Office Assistant

JOB SUMMARY: The Denver Broncos Office Assistant is a part-time position that provides operational and administrative support to the Denver Broncos Marketing & Partnership departments. This position will occupy the period between seasonal internship classes for the Marketing and Partnership Departments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support, including inventory management, billing, distribution, vendor sourcing, and storage management
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail to the marketing & partnership departments – postage, packaging, etc.
- Answer main phone line for marketing and partnership departments and transfer calls to appropriate Broncos staff members
- Assist with communication and booking of Stampede Drumline and other marketing assets
- Assist marketing and partnership departments with event and campaign planning and execution including researching best practices across sports and entertainment
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Ability to stand or sit for an extended period including walking, lifting, and working outside in various weather conditions

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the hourly rate for this role is $19.29/hour.
