JOB SUMMARY: The Denver Broncos Marketing & Promotions Team is an essential group, created to provide operational support to various events, programs, and game day activities of various Denver Broncos departments including Marketing, Community, Partnerships, and Game Entertainment. The Promotions Team is the front line of the Broncos brand, driving fan development through regular interaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete the set-up, operation, and tear-down of gameday and event activations inside and outside of Empower Field at Mile High and at various locations depending on event type
- Execute on-field and in-stadium programming and promotional activations
- Support non-game day events including Training Camp, Broncos 7K, Junior Denver Broncos Cheerleader events and more throughout the season
- Maintain a high-level, positive customer service attitude, and team mentality
- Additional duties as assigned by Marketing Manager
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must submit a resume and cover letter
- Ability to stand for long periods of time including walking, lifting, and working outside in various weather conditions
- Must be available to work all preseason, regular season, and postseason Broncos home games, nights/weekends, holidays and keep a flexible schedule
PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience with collegiate, minor league, or professional sports team in a marketing or operations role
- Service oriented, team player, and eager to learn
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and sense of humor
- Excellent customer service skills or strong willingness to learn
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and energetic
REQUIRED AVAILABILITY
- Training Camp | July – Aug (Approx 15-20 days)
- All Denver Broncos Home Games | Aug – Jan (1-3 days per game)
- Broncos 7K | Sept (2-3 days)
- Various Events, Programs, Appearances, and Post Season | July – Feb (TBA)
