Junior Paid Search (SEA) Consultant
This role is part of our Creative and Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Canva, Foot Locker, Philips & Biscoff.
JOB PURPOSE
Our Paid Search (SEA) consultants team is working on helping our clients developing and increasing their online businesses. First and foremost you’ll set up, manage and optimise Paid Search campaigns. Moreover, you also act as a business partner for our clients. This means that you’re thinking with the client and you’re consulting them based on marketing needs, challenging their goals, assessing feasibility and carrying on with a resolution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translate your clients’ objectives into rock-solid Paid Search strategies:
- Set up, manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns
- Analyse results and spot optimization opportunities
- Implement latest features within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Setting up experiments to improve campaign performance
- Report and present results to clients
- Advise clients on their Paid Search campaigns and strategies
- Manage client relationships
- Keep up to date with the latest Paid Search developments and share knowledge internally and externally
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree related to marketing and data;
- At least 1 year of experience with SEA (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) and Google Analytics, preferably at a digital agency;
- Analytical, flexible and can work independently;
- Can present complex results in clear and understandable language;
- Being directly available to start working in the Netherlands and our Amsterdam office;
- Full working proficiency in the Dutch language.
