Delivery Manager - Global Studio
This role is part of our Personalised Content team. We create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients including eBay, Walmart, and more!
JOB PURPOSE
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day to day delivery activities for the Global Studio team. With a strong focus on supporting the Global Studio team in scaling and flexing in line with Client needs, you will be the lynchpin between all our departments. You will collaborate very closely with the Delivery Lead and Craft & Client Leadership in order to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality, on-time, and on-budget work while fostering operational excellence, optimizing processes, and leveraging technology to enhance performance and efficiency.
This role requires an in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of Creative & Media agencies, strength in process and workflows as well as ability to use soft skills to communicate effectively and bring together our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account/Project Planning and Delivery
- Collaborate with Account, Craft, and Delivery Leads to develop staffing plans and ensure timely hires through a close relationship with the Talent team.
- Partner with OPEX and Account Leads to drive and enhance scoping and staffing processes.
- Evaluate resourcing requests with the Resource Management team for internal staffing solutions. Align staffing solutions with account profitability in collaboration with Client Finance.
- Own/run health checks and capacity calls for client accounts.
- Alongside Account and Craft Leads, manage internal actions for new business, incremental work, and client escalations.
- Establish and oversee Ethical Walls with Account Leads as needed.
Monitoring Capacity
- Oversee Staff Allocation tracker in partnership with Account Leads and Delivery team.
- Lead capacity escalations and develop action plans in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Improve staff allocation practices, supporting Account Teams
Workflow & Process Optimization
- Establish and define standardized workflows, project planning frameworks, delivery milestones and meeting structures for new business processes, incremental work and client escalations
- Streamline internal team trackers and reports with Client Finance and Account Leads.
- Define project planning frameworks and delivery milestones.
- Enhance tools, systems, and processes with a focus on automation and AI where applicable.
Delivery/Studio Strategy
- Contribute to the Delivery team and Studio strategy through focused projects.
- Monitor and meet Delivery KPI targets.
- Work with Delivery Lead to evaluate and evolve Delivery Manager responsibilities in line with Studio team strategy.

- Strong communication skills and proven experience communicating with senior stakeholders
- Process driven and experience in analysing data / trends / feedback and translate this into solutions / process improvements
- Highly organised with an ability to manage your own workload
- Ability to wear different ‘hats’, adapt to change and at times a fast paced work environment.
- Previous experience with data and reporting analysis
- Excellent project management skills plus an ability to multitask proficiently
- Commercial awareness and a keen eye for identifying work efficiencies
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, with willingness to work flexibly, and ability to communicate complex business changes and ideas

- Understanding / experience of Creative & Media / CRM Agencies
- Experience in Project Management and/or Resource Management is desirable
